Da’Nelle Grier is a professional voiceover artist who has steadily built her career with voice work that is both engaging and memorable. Her voice has been heard on promo’s for “Nick @Nite,” “Zillow & Disney’s Haunted Mansion,” “TV One,” and the “2023 Espy’s.” National radio commercials have included: Allstate, McDonald’s, Disney, Intel, and AT&T. Additionally, her voice was heard worldwide as part of NBC’S promo for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The spot featured Mega Thee Stallion and Da’Nelle was the featured character, a talking, fire breathing horse. More recently, her narration skills can be heard as the narrator of “Fatal Attraction: I’d Kill to Be You,” which can be seen exclusively on TVOne. Da’Nelle is a 2017 graduate of Columbia College Chicago where she majored in Radio and had a Voiceover minor.
Tom and Da’Nelle will discuss her journey into the industry, how a TikTok challenge in 2021 brought her voice widespread attention as well as employment, and also dive into her dream of creating her own children’s animated series.
