Part 1

Alyse Haddad speaks with Cameron Matteson, Communications Manager for the Greater Chicago Food Depository, about the wide range of services the organization provides. And Alicia Crayton sits down with Danni Moore of Semicolon Bookstore to discuss its innovative model for expanding access to books and cultivating a love of reading throughout Chicago.

Part 2

Girls in the Game empowers every girl to find her voice, discover her strength, and build confidence through sports, health, and leadership programs. WCRX’s Abbie Waterman talks with Hallie Newell about the organization’s mission.

Augusto Rodriguez and Hugo Escobar join WCRX’s Aaliyah Jones to represent Bisexual Queer Alliance Chicago (BQAC). They discuss the organization’s mission to educate, empower, and foster understanding and respect both within and beyond the bisexual and queer community.
