Sessions @33

Inspired by the NPR Tiny Desk Series, WCRXFM’s “Sessions @33” takes music lovers on a sonic journey with a wide range of talented student musicians from Columbia College Chicago. This showcase, recorded and filmed at the station at 33 Ida B. Wells Drive, gives students artists an opportunity to perform for and connect with a wider audience through a professionally produced visual music set posted on WCRXFM'S YouTube page as well as a podcast on Apple and Stitcher. Sessions @33 is the result of a collaboration between WCRX, the college radio station, and the Career Center at Columbia College Chicago, and produced by students drawn from the departments of Communication, Audio Arts and Acoustics, Cinema and Television Arts, and Business and Entrepreneurship.
