Deadbeat Daycare is an indie rock band from Joliet, Illinois. They formed in 2019 with founding members Joaquin Braganza (Frontman), Bobby Baldwin (Drums), and Ethan Nelson (Guitar & Bass) in a garage after school one day. Each member came in with a different musical taste, style, and influence.  

Deadbeat Daycare started writing songs in mid-2019 such as “Shut Me Up” and “The Fight”. They continued to write and practice all of 2019 and the start of 2020 until Covid hit. But when the second quarantine was lifted, they went right back into writing and playing and even recorded their first single. The following summer they began working on their debut EP, “The Amateur Hour” which was released in April of 2022. Deadbeat Daycare started writing its first full-length album a month later and continues to work on it throughout 2023. Check out Deadbeat Daycare on Spotify and YouTube!
