CALEB HESTER

This artist has been singing all of his life. He was introduced to music through choir at the age of six years old, and his love of music has continued to blossom over the past two decades. Hester has always enjoyed writing and composing music, in his head if nowhere else. In high school, he sang in various small jazz and pop ensembles and began to pick up the guitar.

At eighteen, Caleb taught himself the basics of engineering and producing music in a tiny home studio while studying music theory and the drum kit at community college. He developed the ability to produce full compositions by recording MIDI, guitar, keys and bass. Now twenty-four years old, Hester has a couple of EPs and singles under his belt. His most recent project is the lush five-track EP, Sea of Dreams, released in October 2022.

He returned to school at Columbia College Chicago in the Fall of 2022 and studies audio engineering and vocal performance. While Hester is currently focusing on developing his technical skills as an engineer, he continues to grow as an artist and is excited for wherever life may take him next.
